KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF THE WISDOM IN COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE

Abstract


This article is presented on Knowledge Management of the Wisdom in Community Enterprise. According to Thailand’s economic is forced by public and private sectors which increase income for Thailand. Both sectors are very important for Thailand goods and productions, especially domestic goods and products around Thailand that Thai people product it by using wisdom. And by this reason and necessary because there are such many sources of knowledge and wisdoms. This alternative ways are the key to promote and support to Thailand local society and wisdom for sustainable communities. The study was analyzed through various articles which are related to Knowledge Management of the Wisdom in Community Enterprise in Thailand by electronic databases such as Science Direct Emerald management and e-Thesis. By this theory it used knowledge management (KM), Knowledge Management process for successful business sectors and business process management. This study found that factors that made successful business sectors which are leadership, people, culture and brand image. The secondary factors are including customer relationship, information and communication technology and many factors are involved that made and became stronger communities and it could be developed for the sufficiency economy.
