Abstract

Firstly, I regret for the delay in publishing the APJLIS Volume 3, Issue 2. I hope the LIS professionals will forgive me. This issue includes a mixture of topics ranging from social media, DSpace, Open Access, Scientometrics, internet and the web, interactive reading, accreditation, public libraries, and correlative study. The papers mostly are research oriented. Few selected papers, from the 5th ALIRG workshop that was held at Mahasarakham University, are included in this issue.
